Bell's Notes
Contained at the library of congress, this document was written on the 10th of March, 1876, shortly after the first successful test of Bell's telephone. He had been experimenting with his partner Thomas Watson in the development of several prototypes. In the first successful test, the first thing ever said over telephone was "Mr. Watson - Come here - I want to see you." The device worked, Watson came running. This note also contains a drawing and diagram of the early prototype.
